Expert Witness

As an Expert Witness, I have over 25 years of experience in construction disputes of all kinds. I have particular expertise in claims of professional negligence and disputes concerning professional fees between clients and architects. With extensive experience within Kent, Surrey, Sussex, and London, I have worked on numerous projects, providing expert testimony and evidence to support our clients' claims. I believe in providing clear and impartial opinions, ensuring clients receive fair and unbiased assessments of their cases.

In addition, I have extensive experience in party wall negotiations and disputes, particularly in London. I have also worked on planning negotiations, formulating and presenting planning and Listed Building applications and appeals, and appearing at both formal and informal hearings.
