Our approach is centred around the principle that there are no problems, just solutions.

• Structural Design: Our structural design services range from simple beam calculations to complete project designs. We can provide single beam calculations for simple knock through projects right up to complex structural designs for loft conversions, extensions and new build projects. We can also liaise with Building Control on your behalf if required.

• Equestrian Training & Therapy Centres: Building on our experience and collaboration with Horse Therapy Ltd, we offer a complete planning, structural and construction service for state-of-the-art equestrian therapy & training centres. We have worked on projects with Horse Therapy, including the Olympic Legacy team to complete the equestrian horse therapy centre in Greenwich and recently completed a canine therapy pool in Warlingham, Surrey in 2020.

• Complete Service: We offer a complete service from start to finish, evaluating your project and discussing your options in an open and clear manner. • Planning Consultation & Advice: We offer planning consultation, applications, and advice, working closely with local authorities to achieve the desired result.

• Structural Calculations: We provide structural calculations, complete development packages, design coordination, party wall surveys & awards, planning appeals, interior design, M&E services coordination, reprographics, and swimming pool design.
