Architectural services
We provide comprehensive architectural services covering all project stages from initial concept to building regulations approval. Our RIBA chartered architect delivers tailored design solutions for residential and commercial clients. Utilising advanced digital modelling, we ensure clear communication of design intent through both technical drawings and immersive virtual reality experiences.
Residential projects
Specialising in residential architecture, we handle projects ranging from small extensions to complete new builds. Our expertise includes bungalow conversions and bespoke home designs that maximise space and functionality. We guide clients through planning processes and building regulations while maintaining focus on personal living requirements and aesthetic preferences.
Commercial projects
We deliver architectural solutions for commercial developments including office spaces, retail units, and mixed-use schemes. Our approach balances functional requirements with commercial viability while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. We create adaptable spaces that support business operations and growth objectives across various industry sectors.
Virtual reality presentations
Our integrated virtual reality service allows clients to experience designs before construction begins. Using Autodesk Live and Revit models, we create immersive walkthroughs that enhance understanding of spatial relationships. This technology enables real-time design adjustments and improves decision-making throughout the design process without additional charges.
Measured surveys
We conduct detailed measured building surveys to establish accurate base information for design development. Using digital tools, we create precise 3D models that form the foundation for planning applications and construction drawings. These surveys ensure all design work aligns perfectly with existing site conditions and structural constraints.
