We are a practice founded by directors who, after many years in large practices, sought to pursue our own brand of architecture that combines creativity with pragmatism. Our approach is simple: we put people at the heart of the design process to create buildings that meet our clients' objectives. We aim to create exciting and personalised buildings and spaces that reflect client and user needs while respecting site and context. Consistency is our watchword; it is the consistency of our design quality and client service that makes clients work with us repeatedly. This consistency is allied to our understanding of the wants and needs of building users and our ability to translate this into effective design solutions. Over the last decade, we have delivered more than two million square feet of new and refurbished space. Our portfolio includes the re-engineering of Ralph Erskine's iconic Ark in Hammersmith and the design and delivery of the Warner Bros Studios and The Making of Harry Potter Studio Tour.
Our work is characterised by our willingness to go the extra mile to deliver the right solution for our client, the site, and the ultimate users. The studio is of a size that ensures our directors remain hands-on from the earliest stages of a project through to completion and beyond. We have built a team that shares our values and believes the process of creating a building as part of a team should be both rewarding and fun. The relationships we have built with clients, fellow consultants, contractors, and within our team are the foundation of our approach and success. We enjoy working together as a studio to discuss inspirations, generate ideas, and then develop and test these against the brief from our clients.

Principal Designer
We offer a comprehensive service for fulfilling Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015 Regulations and The Building Safety Act 2022. Our extensive knowledge and experience allow us to deliver a very high standard of service. This ensures that all legal obligations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
