We are architects and urban designers with a passion for sustainable, peoplecentred projects. Our practice specialises in housing, community and environmental design across Birmingham and Wolverhampton. For the past decade we have led the design of community centres that promote health, wellbeing and climate resilience. Notable projects include the Ecohub at Witton Lakes, shortlisted for a regional RIBA award in 2024, and the Birmingham Settlement Nature and Wellbeing Centre, shortlisted for the RIBA MacEwan award in 2025. We also deliver energy performance research, floodresilient housing, lowenergy refurbishment and selfbuild home design. Our team of directors, Mike Menzies and Rob Annable, bring many years of experience from neighbourhood masterplanning to individual residential projects.
