Bespoke New Builds
We design unique, site-specific homes that respond to client needs and environmental context. Our process integrates sustainable materials, passive energy strategies, and innovative spatial planning. Projects range from modern country houses to eco-conscious treehouses, all prioritising long-term functionality and aesthetic harmony with the Cotswolds landscape.
Historic Renovations
Specialists in sensitive upgrades for listed buildings and traditional structures. We balance preservation with modernisation, securing planning permissions for challenging sites while maintaining architectural integrity. Recent work includes transforming Grade 2* listed farm buildings into contemporary wedding venues and updating period homes for 21st-century living.
Sustainable Extensions
Creating energy-efficient additions that enhance existing properties. Our approach uses natural materials, maximises daylight, and incorporates renewable technologies. Examples include angled extensions that frame landscape views and lightweight structures that complement historic facades without overwhelming them.
Planning Consultancy
Guiding clients through complex planning processes, particularly in protected rural areas. We specialise in securing permissions for unconventional projects like treehouses and eco-spas, leveraging deep knowledge of local regulations and 100% planning success rate across recent residential and commercial developments.
Treehouse Architecture
Pioneers in creating functional, sustainable treehouses that blend with woodland settings. Our award-winning designs, including the Grand Designs-featured Dursley Treehouse, use modular construction techniques and renewable materials. These structures serve as homes, retreats, or event spaces while minimising environmental impact.
