Panton Design is an architectural practice nestled in the heart of the breathtaking Cotswolds. We are deeply inspired by the local vernacular architecture and surroundings, and we strive to create designs that respect and enhance their unique character. Our work is primarily focused on domestic architecture, but we also cater to a select number of commercial projects. Our Heritage and Expertise

Henry Panton, the founder of Panton Design, hails from a long line of designers, artists, and engineers. His exposure to Danish and Swiss culture, as well as his close relationship with prominent architects and designers in his family, have significantly influenced his design approach. After completing his studies in architecture and building technology in Oxford and London, Henry gained valuable experience working with high-end architectural practices. In 2002, Henry and his partner, Sue, established their architectural services, combining sensitive and imaginative design with technical expertise and contract management skills tailored to suit each project's unique needs.

Our Services

At Panton Design, we offer a comprehensive range of services aimed at providing you with a seamless and enjoyable experience from initial consultation to project completion. Our services include:

1. *Free Initial Consultation*: We offer a free initial consultation to discuss your project. This includes a preliminary discussion of the project, followed by a detailed introductory letter and fee proposal.

2. *Building and Land Survey*: We conduct a measured survey of the existing development site and buildings, producing drawn-to-scale survey plans and elevations presenting the existing site layout.

3. *Project Proposal*: We develop a full project brief, prepare outline scheme designs, and provide an estimate of costs. We then finalise the scheme designs and apply for Planning Permission and Listed Building consent.

4. *Production Information/Tender Documentation*: We prepare construction information and tender documents, apply for Building Regulations approval, identify potential building contractors, obtain and appraise tenders and building quotations, and manage and coordinate associated professionals.

5. *Mobilisation*: We prepare building contracts and appoint contractors, issue construction information, and arrange site hand-over for commencement of work. We administer the building contract up to and including practical completion, representing you in managing the works and contractors.

6. *Final Account*: We conduct a final inspection of the works on-site, assess and certify the Contract Final Account, and ensure that everything is completed to your satisfaction.
