Kay Pilsbury Thomas Architects is a family Architectural & Interior Design Practice, established in 1985 by Kay and now run by her Daughter Sibyl. We are passionate about designing and building extensions that fit seamlessly onto adjoining historic and period buildings, and regularly undertake barn conversions both old and new. We have the ability to create bespoke one-off new-build houses that are sympathetic to the surroundings and the environment.
