We have over ten years of experience working within the architectural profession in both large and small practice environments. We were founded by a husband and wife team, Dan and Dominique Farmer, who have collaborated since 2005. Dominique brings extensive experience across commercial, sport and healthcare sectors, with a particular passion for residential architecture. Her residential work ranges from large urban developments and masterplans to one-off private houses, small extensions and large renovations, in both conservation and contemporary contexts. She has secured successful planning applications on difficult and sensitive sites, including conservation areas and areas of outstanding natural beauty. Dans expertise spans residential, office, medical research and mixed-use schemes, gained through roles at internationally successful practices.
He serves as an Associate Lecturer at the University of the West of England and develops innovative representation techniques using film, animation and motion graphics. Together we believe the architects primary role is to listen to the client, understand their aspirations and elevate them through design. We create well-crafted, unique spaces that enhance how people live, work and play by using materials honestly, sensitively and creatively.
