The building is an example of the firm's commitment to sustainable design, with a modern underground labyrinth for passive air conditioning and meticulously designed shading on the facade.

In the institutional sector, Avci Architects has designed several projects, including the Niamey Hotel in Niger and the Kintele Congress Hotel in Congo. The Niamey Hotel, designed by Avci Architects in Niamey, the capital of Niger, has opened on June 11th and is located near to many important buildings. The Kintele Congress Hotel, designed in Brazzaville, Congo, was a finalist in the "Hotel and Leisure - Completed Projects" category in WAF Awards in Amsterdam on 28-30 Noivember, 2018.

In the residential sector, Avci Architects has designed several private residential developments, including the Al Khobar Mixed Use project in Saudi Arabia, which was selected as the 2019 Architizer A+ Awards Popular Choice Winner in the Residential-Multi-Unit-Housing category.

Avci Architects has worked with several collaborators and clients over the years, including Turkish Airlines, for whom the firm designed the Flow Wall project for their new Istanbul airport. The project creates a physical space that embodies Turkish Airlines' new brand philosophy of 'flow' within the airport environment.

Other notable clients include the Tunisian National University, the Federal Government Offices of Niger, the old Presidential Palace and the National Hospital of Niger, and the Olympic Center in Brazzaville.
