Our Services

At Art Hand, we offer a range of services to meet our clients' needs. Our services include:

1. Preliminary Services: At the inception of a project, we discuss the client's requirements and assess their needs. We advise on any necessary specialist contractors, subcontractors, or suppliers and carry out any preparatory work necessary to determine the feasibility of the client's requirements.

2. Basic Services: We prepare an outline proposal and scheme design and provide a cost estimate. We make any required applications for planning permission.

3. Detailed Design: We develop the scheme design and co-ordinate any work of specialist contractors, subcontractors, or suppliers. We carry out cost checks and advise on any subsequent changes that may impact the cost and programme of the project. We make and negotiate applications for approvals under building acts, regulations, or other statutory requirements.

4. Construction Information: We prepare production information, including drawings, schedules, and specifications of materials and workmanship in sufficient detail to enable a contractor to prepare a tender.

5. Tender Activities & Contract Management: We invite tenders from selected contractors and advise on tenders submitted. We negotiate contracts with preferred contractors and administer the terms of the building contract. We visit the site as appropriate to inspect the progress and quality of the work, and we provide 'AS BUILT' drawings for operation and maintenance of the building.
