Business Details
We are Stem Architects, a family-run practice of architectural designers with over 25 years of experience. Our practice overlooks the idyllic Brayford waterfront in the centre of Lincoln, providing an inspiring base for our work. We specialise in delivering creative solutions for education, residential and commercial environments, balancing imaginative ideas with commercial viability. We constantly coordinate with clients from the outset to produce designs that are visionary, cost-effective and deliver great social value. We build strong rapport with clients and contractors, which is central to our process and fosters trust and confidence throughout the project lifecycle. We ensure this collaborative approach delivers realistic briefs from conception to construction, resulting in cost-effective outcomes and high-quality end-user experiences.
We guarantee that your project will be delivered on time and on budget, thanks to our well-honed project management skills. We adhere strictly to your requirements and needs, following a creative design workflow supported by our experienced process management techniques. Our extensive work with the University of Lincoln has enabled us to contribute to the Brayford Campus and bring the Lincoln Masterplan to life. We have grown organically over the last decade, expanding our team with graduates from the University of Lincoln who have become proficient professionals. We have gained extensive experience across the Education, Residential and Commercial sectors, allowing us to bridge the design-technical gap and consistently meet client expectations.
