At Urban Mesh, we are an award-winning Chartered Architectural Practice with a broad range of experience across residential and commercial sectors. Our practice was founded on working around tight and complex London sites, creating innovative and high quality projects within time and budget constraints. In recent years, we have developed an expertise in new build residential.
Our Services
We undertake a variety of residential projects from new blocks of flats to converting and extending buildings for residential use. Many of the projects are for rental and we work with our clients to tailor the design to the needs of their local market and their long term objectives. We enjoy the challenges of designing efficient layouts to maximise client requirements.
In the commercial sector, we carry out a variety of projects ranging from office shells to medical consulting rooms, either new build or working with existing buildings. We have worked extensively in the Harley St area, forming either shell buildings or medical consulting suites. We also carry out office fit outs (Cat A and Cat A plus).
Our expertise in historic buildings has led to our work on Listed Buildings and conservation projects, where our RIBA Conservation Architect leads the projects. We have extensive experience designing interior fit outs for cafes & restaurants, working on one-off places or templates for a series of units.
