We work closely with engineers, quantity surveyors, and services consultants to deliver a complete package from inception to completion. As lead consultants, we co-ordinate special designers and artisans in the fields of special finishes, ironwork, lighting, audio-visual, environment, and landscape. Our design team is dedicated to delivering the best proposal in terms of design, quality, and costs.
Our History
Dublanc Studio was established in 2000, with 20 years' experience in South America. Our expertise in listed building restoration has led to a 100% success rate in securing planning approvals and listed building consents. We have developed a good relationship with planners and conservation officers, thanks to our dedication to preserving historic heritage while injecting modern features.
