At Capture Interior Architecture, we are passionate about creating inspiring and effective designs for our clients' retail, leisure, and office projects. With over 20 years of experience, we have built a reputation for delivering innovative interior spaces that meet our clients' unique needs and aspirations.

Our dedicated team of commercial interior designers are based in Newcastle upon Tyne and have worked on projects of all sizes, from small bespoke schemes to large-scale fit-outs. We believe that every project is unique, and we take the time to understand our clients' vision and goals. Our Services

Our engagement as your interior designer begins with an initial discussion to understand your project. We will then provide you with a breakdown of our fees. We believe that all projects are individual, but a summary of our services is as follows:

• Project Inception: We will work with you to set out your brief and help with initial budget costings. Once engaged as your interior designer, we will carry out a measured survey of the site.

• Concept Design: Leading on from the brief, we will plan the space and create 3D visuals and interior layouts. We will present you with finishes and mood boards to help you visualize the scheme. The design is developed along with your feedback until you are satisfied that we have met your vision. We'll then submit any planning applications and manage requirements for the project under CDM Regulations.

• Design Development: As part of the design process, we will develop detailed drawings, outline lighting & electrical layouts, create specification documents for fittings & finishes, and co-ordinate with other consultants and specialist sub-contractors. We would also prepare tender information and submit plans for building regulations approval.

• Construction Phase: To ensure the build side of your project runs smoothly, we will issue construction information, carry out on-site supervision, lead design team meetings, source fixtures & fittings, and artwork.
