We have worked on a variety of projects, from new houses to steading and barn conversions, house extensions, and commercial developments. Some of our recent projects include:

• Sundayswells, Torphins: We designed a full house based on the client's brief, gained all planning authority permissions, and managed and supervised all building phases.
• Kingsford, Alford: We provided an initial concept design, gained planning and building warrant permissions, and supervised the site during the building phase.
• Lumphanan, Aboyne: We designed a spacious family home that took advantage of the southerly aspect and was built into the slope without losing the outlook.
• Strathdon, Aberdeenshire: We designed a house that fit into the landscape and complemented the topography of the site, taking advantage of the southerly aspect and building into the slope without losing the outlook.
• Craigievar, Alford: We converted a steading into a spacious family home, providing a sympathetic re-build of parts of the former steading.
• Kintocher, Lumphanan: We designed a new sun lounge that could be used all year round and provided views out to the garden, along with a storm porch to the front door.
• Bank Terrace, Alford: We replaced the existing flat roof, provided a small storage area within the existing house, and enhanced the overall appearance of the property.
