Atelier of Art & Architecture, also known as AAA, is a well-established full-service office of multidisciplinary architectural services. Founded by Ghazi Elias GHOSN in 1993, our team of expert engineers has been delivering highly elaborated projects with creativity, innovation, and an understanding of materials and technologies. Our primary focus is respecting the needs of our clients and the topological and environmental constraints. We strive to build long-term relationships with our clients and contractors, founded on strong communication and trust.

Our Services

At AAA, we offer a wide range of services to cater to our clients' needs. Our services range from early concept design work to a full Architectural service with all its fields, including Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical engineering. Our major service is architectural studies, which include feasibility studies, site topological analysis, preliminary studies, construction permit, execution drawings, tender documents, specifications, and bill of quantities.

We also provide consulting and supervising services to ensure the proper execution of all tasks, which includes executing various steps while respecting the studies, applying safety measures, selecting appropriate materials, and granting permission for concrete works. Furthermore, we offer technical follow-up and monitoring services, which involve revising project documents, delivering the work site to contractors, following up on the advancement of different stages, giving scientific opinions, and presenting regular reports.

Our project management service is designed to procure the project owner with all their rights and obligations, receive proposals from contractors, prepare contracts, negotiate with suppliers, and deliver a perfectly accomplished project.
