Planning Applications
We prepare and submit planning applications for domestic projects, including alterations, extensions, and new builds. Our expertise covers pre-application advice, full planning, conservation area applications, and reserved matters. We liaise with local authorities to ensure compliance and approval.
Architectural Design
Our design process creates functional, aesthetically pleasing solutions tailored to client briefs. We produce 2D/3D plans, feasibility studies, and design statements, ensuring regulatory compliance while optimising cost-effectiveness and usability for residential projects.
Measured Surveys
We conduct detailed measured building and topographical surveys to create accurate existing drawings. These form the foundation for planning applications and design development, ensuring precise spatial understanding for residential and commercial properties.
Construction Drawings
Following planning approval, we produce detailed construction drawings and specifications for building regulations. These documents guide contractors and serve as tender packages, ensuring clear communication of design intent and compliance with regulatory standards.
Building Regulations
We manage building regulations applications, submitting detailed technical packages to local authorities. Our services include regularisation certificates and compliance checks, ensuring projects meet safety, accessibility, and energy efficiency standards for residential developments.
