Our directors have worked across a broad range of sectors, including residential schemes, conversions, large commercial and industrial projects, car showrooms, business parks, and hotels. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, design-led services to our clients.

Meet Our Directors

• Lee Staniforth: Our managing director has over 30 years of practical experience in the construction industry, including working on a broad range of projects across the UK. He is known for his hands-on approach and expertise in navigating the construction industry.
• Ian Palmer: Our director has extensive design and on-site job-running experience, covering a broad range of sectors across the UK. He has a leading design role in the team and has a keen interest in conservation and restoration of historic buildings.
• Peter Staniforth: Our director specializes in company, commercial, and insurance disputes and litigation. With his extensive experience in law, he ensures that the business remains up-to-date with the latest changes in the industry.

Meet Our Associates

• Simon Cretney: Our associate has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, delivering buildings across a broad range of sectors. He has a genuine enthusiasm for architecture and design and has a keen eye for detail.
• Mathew Bell: Our associate has extensive experience in the health and education sectors and is a great all-rounder with excellent design skills, construction knowledge, and job-running expertise.
• Charles Kennett: Our associate has a passion for creating healthier, happier places and spaces. He has led several projects, from large-scale residential schemes to one-off houses, and has experience working on conservation and restoration projects.

We pride ourselves on our friendly and supportive studio environment, where our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. Our studio manager, Yoyo Duncan, ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of the studio and provides support to the rest of the team.
