We are Montague Matthew, an RIBA Chartered architectural practice based in Longford, near Derby, with a heritage stretching back to our founding in 1998. Over our 25 years of continuous operation, we have built a wealth of specialist expertise across a diverse range of building sectors, including commercial, residential, education, leisure, civic and healthcare. Our portfolio spans more than 10,000 bespoke homes designed for house builders and developers across the UK, as well as landmark commercial and public sector projects. We have been recognised with over 20 industry architecture awards for the quality and innovation of our design work. Our 12-strong in-house team brings together a range of specialist skills to deliver end-to-end architectural services, from initial concept to construction management. We have a proven track record of navigating complex project challenges, including successfully operating through the 2007 to 2009 economic recession.
In 2018, we merged with Montague Architects, the practice founded by Matthew Montagues father in 1969, to combine decades of intergenerational architectural expertise.
