We offer a free initial half-hour consultation, typically conducted on-site, to discuss your project in general terms and explore the possibilities.

• Planning Applications: Our planning application service encompasses RIBA stages 0-3, starting with Preparation and Brief, moving through Concept Design and Developed Design, and culminating in the submission of a Planning Application. We will ask pertinent questions, actively listen, and gain a deep understanding of your project's objectives.

• Planning Applications & Building Control: This service covers RIBA stages 0-4, including Preparation and Brief, Concept Design, Developed Design, and Technical Design. At the end of this stage, we provide a comprehensive set of building control drawings.

• Full Architectural Service: For those seeking a comprehensive end-to-end solution, we offer a project management service that takes your project from conception to handover. Our team will guide you every step of the way in the creation of your dream space.
