Residential Architecture
We create contemporary residential solutions ranging from single dwellings to large housing developments. Our expertise includes navigating planning constraints in sensitive areas like national parks. We focus on balancing modern living requirements with environmental considerations, delivering homes that integrate seamlessly with their surroundings while meeting technical and aesthetic standards.
Commercial Schemes
Our commercial architecture covers mixed-use developments and workplace environments. We specialise in transforming underutilised sites into functional business spaces while maintaining design integrity. Projects include office conversions, retail spaces, and employment hubs that respond to both client needs and local planning requirements across diverse UK locations.
Community Regeneration
We revitalise communities through strategic architectural interventions. Our approach combines infrastructure improvements with social space creation, focusing on long-term sustainability. Projects include leisure centres, educational facilities, and public spaces that enhance local environments while respecting historical and ecological contexts within urban and rural settings.
Conservation & Retrofit
Specialising in historic buildings and protected areas, we deliver sensitive conservation work and modern retrofits. Our team navigates listed building consents and planning restrictions to preserve architectural heritage while implementing contemporary upgrades. This includes adaptive reuse of structures and integrating modern amenities without compromising historical integrity.
Masterplanning
We develop comprehensive spatial strategies for large-scale developments. Our masterplanning considers environmental, social, and economic factors to create cohesive communities. This includes residential layouts, commercial zones, and public spaces that balance density with quality of life, ensuring sustainable growth across urban and rural landscapes.
