• Marcelo Dominguez - Director: Marcelo brings over 14 years of extensive experience in architecture to our practice. His journey began with small architectural firms specializing in high-end residential projects, followed by a significant role as Project Architect for one of Scotland's leading architectural studios. In this capacity, he gained invaluable experience managing the design and delivery of large-scale education developments. This diverse background has equipped him with the depth of knowledge necessary to expertly manage projects of varying scales and complexities. Marcelo possesses a meticulous eye for detail and a visionary understanding of the bigger picture.

• Kate Dominguez - Director: Kate's journey in design began with her training as an Interior Designer. Since graduating, she has amassed a wealth of experience working as both an Interior Designer and an Architectural Assistant in both large and small architectural practices, both in the United Kingdom and in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Kate thrives on collaborative projects and enjoys working closely with clients to uncover creative solutions that cater to both commercial and domestic needs.

• Tania Malis - Architectural Assistant: Tania embarked on her architectural career in Uruguay, where she earned her architectural degree. Her dedication to excellence led her to be awarded a scholarship to study a Masters in Business Design in Italy. This unique program expanded her horizons beyond traditional architecture, exposing her to fields like marketing, fashion trends, and business planning. This experience provided Tania with a broader perspective on the architecture and construction industry. Upon relocating to the United Kingdom, Tania honed her skills in medium and small practices, both as a leading project manager and as a valued team member. In 2019, Tania joined our team at CH+G architecture Ltd., contributing her expertise and enthusiasm to a wide range of domestic projects.
