Business Details
We founded Hayward Smart Architects in 2006 to bring a fresh, designled approach to architecture across the Cotswolds and beyond. Over the past seventeen years, we have built a reputation for delivering contextdriven, highly detailed projects that respect both heritage and contemporary needs. Our team specialises in bespoke residential, commercial, newbuild and extension work, each tailored to the unique character of its site. We employ rigorous site analysis, sustainable material selection and precise detailing to create buildings that perform beautifully and last for generations. Our design philosophy balances aesthetic ambition with functional pragmatism, ensuring every space feels purposeful and inspiring. We listen closely to clients, immersing ourselves in their aspirations before proposing solutions that go beyond the brief.
This collaborative process has enabled us to deliver projects that consistently surpass expectations in quality, cost and schedule. We hold RIBA, ARB and DipArch qualifications, and our architects are recognised for innovative, awardwinning design. Our commitment to professional standards is reflected in transparent communication, meticulous documentation and a focus on safety and regulatory compliance. We measure success by the lasting impact our buildings have on peoples lives, the surrounding community and the environment. Client satisfaction remains our highest priority, and we pride ourselves on longterm relationships built on trust, respect and shared vision.
