Charges

• Design and Draughting Fees: We charge a 50% deposit, with the balance due upon completion of planning and building regulation applications. Our fees are not subject to V.A.T.
• Other Costs: Additional fees may apply, including pre-planning advice, planning applications, and building regulations. These fees vary depending on the size and type of project.
