We are an architectural practice with more than thirty years of experience delivering design solutions across residential, commercial and industrial sectors. Our team combines Andrews extensive surveying and planning expertise with Simons contemporary architectural training from Plymouth University. We specialise in passive environmental design, BREEAM and Code for Sustainable Homes accreditation, and hold recognised training in Passivhaus principles. This expertise enables us to create buildings that reduce energy consumption while meeting our clients aesthetic and functional requirements. We conduct topographical surveys and develop design schemes that maximise the likelihood of obtaining planning permission. Through our partnership with the local LABC we provide a single point of contact for buildingregulation advice, minimising delays.
Our work spans modest extensions, garage conversions, large industrial projects for retailers such as Waitrose and Morrisons, as well as housing estates, schools and healthcare facilities. Operating on the edge of a UNESCO World Heritage Site, we have restored listed chapels, barns and atrisk properties in accordance with English Heritage guidelines. We maintain a network of vetted consultantsincluding ecological surveyors, structural engineers and quantity surveyorsto address specialist requirements. Our commitment is to deliver highquality, valueformoney outcomes while keeping the client and enduser at the heart of every decision. We continually adapt our practice to a carbonaware society, advising on costeffective measures that lower utility bills without compromising design integrity.
