We engage with clients through face-to-face meetings or video calls to thoroughly understand their vision and develop bespoke architectural designs. Our process integrates the use of Computer Aided Design alongside 3D modelling to create tailored solutions that align perfectly with client expectations. 
Our practice at MB Architecture specialises in advising clients on building regulations, ensuring all construction phases comply with statutory requirements. We handle Computer Aided Design, submission and approval of building regulations, contractor vetting, and tendering, alongside contractor appointment coordination for optimal project delivery. 
We assist in securing the ideal builders and suppliers by identifying the most suitable tenders and ensuring contract agreements reflect the party best able to execute the project. Detailed construction drawings and schedules are generated, and we partner with you to create a shortlist for tender distribution. 
Throughout the construction phase, we attend site regularly to ensure that all work adheres to the specification and to manage any change effectively. Our involvement remains constant until the projects successful conclusion.

Well, what can I say? Weve just had a BIG extension added to our house. We used the architectural firm, MB Architecture, to draw up the designs and oversee everything.
Firstly, we were delighted with Matts ideas, his concepts and design. I love the skylight over our new open-plan kitchen and dining area and the big doors opening to the garden. The whole house is now light, bright and airy and the state of the art under-floor heating makes it permanently warm and cosy.
But thats not all. MB Architecture were totally involved, responsive and in sync with the contractor throughout the project; they kept track of everything and were always on hand to answer any questions we might have had. They were NOT expensive, the build went smoothly and according to plan, within budget, and completion was on time. Im now busy recommending them to everyone I know.
Well certainly be using MB Architecture next time round.

Matt and all the guys at MB are 5star. They get the job done and know how to navigate the perils of progressing an application through any authority with the ability to ensure both sides are at ease, communicate effectively, are always available and respond in quick time. They understand all aspects of authority processes and most importantly, get the good result. I cannot stress enough the personable attitudes of all at MB and how easy they are to work with, these guys are working for YOU and do that with style and an understated professionalism that makes you feel you are dealing with a trusted friend. Matt and Nicky at MB Architecture were terrific help in redesigning our home based on our goals, were super flexible with changes, brought lots of good ideas, and held our hands through the planning process, leading to us getting planning permission for a significant 2-storey extension and extension over the garage. We'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to do works on their house.

Matt and his team were fantastic from the outset. They were responsive and understood what we wanted to achieve from the get go. The drawings they produced were detailed and accurate, and they really went above any beyond to make necessary amendments in a timely manner when necessary.
