Annabelle & Co. & Co. is a contemporary architecture practice dedicated to high-end residential projects. Our collaborative approach integrates architecture, urban design, interiors, and furniture design, working with clients who inspire us to explore innovative solutions. We prioritise contextual sensitivity, budget considerations, and buildability, celebrating natural materials and minimalist detailing. With a team of five, we handle both individual residential builds and larger multi-occupancy schemes, specialising in challenging environments like Greenbelts and Conservation Areas. Our hands-on experience in constructing our own projects ensures efficiency and deep client understanding.

Recognised with awards such as the BUILD Magazine Design & Build Award and Manchester Society of Architects accolades, we maintain a studio in a retrofitted Cheshire brick barn, blending rural charm with modern functionality. Our design philosophy centres on human experience, contextual harmony, and joy in architecture. We foster a collaborative, ego-free team culture, ensuring every project aligns with a clear, purposeful diagram. Our in-house model-making facility enhances client communication, while our commitment to quality has earned trust in the industry since our founding.
