Here at HG-Design, we are a forward-thinking professional architectural design practice established in 2007 and based in Sutton Coldfield, near Birmingham in the West Midlands. We specialise in the production of high-quality concept design and drawing work, as well as having vast experience in Planning, Listed Building, Conservation & Building Regulations Applications along with Licensing approvals. Our team executes these services through thorough on-site project management and cost control. Additionally, we provide a complete end-to-end cost and project management for owners and developers, incorporating planning; design; all consents, licences and building regulations; and construction liaison and advice.

We offer architectural design services for a range of residential design projects, from local domestic extensions and improvements in Sutton Coldfield and Birmingham, to one-off bespoke, designer family homes and entire commercial residential developments nationwide.
Housing Development
We provide architectural services for a variety of housing developers, and currently have a growing portfolio of small and large housing developments across the UK.
Domestic Extensions
We have extensive expertise in domestic extensions, from small loft and garage conversions, to larger two-storey extensions. We can provide you with the extra space you need without the disruption of moving. We offer a comprehensive service from the initial design stage through to the completion of your project.
Commercial Projects
We provide contemporary and traditional architectural design services for a variety of non-residential projects, including but not limited to commercial/industrial units; retail refurbishment; hairdressing salons; holiday parks; leisure complexes; and places of worship. Being situated in the West Midlands, close to fast, nationwide transport links, means we are able to project manage easily throughout the UK.

As part of the design process, we offer cutting-edge 3D images and walkthroughs, so that the client can experience the potential look and feel of their proposed development.
