Feasibility Studies: We assess the viability of a project, exploring design options, identifying viability, developing briefs, and project plans to limit upfront costs.
CDM Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015: We take on the role of Principal Designer to plan, manage, monitor, and coordinate Health & Safety matters during the pre-construction phase.
Measured Surveys: We create accurate drawings of the existing building site to serve as a foundation for our design drawings.
Construction Drawings & Detailed Design: We provide detailed drawings and information for the contractor, allowing them to obtain a price for the project.
Sketch Designs & Initial Concepts: Our team investigates and suggests options for your project through hand-drawn or CAD designs.
Tendering Process: We assist with securing a contractor and finalizing a building contract, preparing a full package including drawings, schedules of finishes and fittings, electrical layouts, and preliminaries.
Interior Design: Our in-house advisors offer personalized guidance tailored to individual needs and budgets.
Building Control Approval: We ensure that your design complies with Building Regulations by submitting a full plans application to the Local Authority.
Project Management & Administration: We oversee the building contract, inspecting the work as it progresses, and act as a single point of contact.
