Services
Site Analysis
Our site analysis service evaluates physical, environmental, and regulatory factors to ensure projects start on strong foundations. We assess topography, access points, utilities, planning policies, and sustainability considerations. This early-stage insight enables informed design decisions, smoother approvals, and successful project outcomes tailored to rural, urban, or conservation contexts.
Home Extensions
We design bespoke home extensions that enhance living spaces while complementing existing architecture. Services include initial consultations, planning permissions, detailed design, and construction coordination. Our focus is on improving functionality, comfort, and property value through seamless integration of new spaces with original structures.
Bespoke Architecture
Our bespoke architecture service creates unique, client-driven designs for new builds or renovations. We prioritise personalisation, creative problem-solving, and premium detailing. From concept sketches to final construction, we ensure every project reflects individual needs, site-specific challenges, and long-term lifestyle adaptability.
Feasibility Studies
Feasibility studies assess the practicality and creative potential of projects before significant investment. We analyse planning policies, site constraints, budget alignment, and design options. This service identifies risks, cost projections, and optimal approaches to ensure realistic, achievable outcomes.
Schematic Design
Schematic design transforms ideas into visual concepts, establishing layout, style, and functionality. We develop floor plans, elevations, and material palettes while ensuring compliance with regulations. This stage allows clients to explore options and refine their vision before detailed planning.
