Established by Trevor Brown in 2011, we specialise in the design of residential architecture, managing the construction process to ensure that our high-quality designs are fully executed to produce high-quality, affordable homes.

Statutory Consent Applications
We also assist with statutory consent applications, submitting the relevant consents for the proposed work and liaising with the local authority throughout the process. This ensures compliance with building regulations and obtains the necessary permissions for construction to begin.
Detailed Design
Regardless of the level of detail required, we ensure that every project is thoroughly planned and executed. With the ability to discuss the appropriate level of detail to achieve the desired end result, we can craft designs that meet our clients' precise visions.
Tender Documents and Contract Administration
We also prepare tenders for contractors and assist with contract administration, ensuring that building works are completed smoothly, on time, and within budget. If needed, we can act as the Contract Administrator, providing oversight and guidance throughout the construction process.
