Here is a selection of some of our recent projects:
House on the Heath
Our clients, Katherine & James, came to us with a unique challenge: they had fallen in love with a house in a leafy south-London suburb, but were concerned that the north-facing garden would make the interior too dark. We were able to reassure them that with the right design, we could ensure plenty of natural light while improving the visual connection between house and garden. The result is a beautifully renovated home that meets all of our clients' needs.
Open House
For this project, our clients wanted a striking makeover for their 1920s detached house that would also meet the long-term care requirements of their youngest daughter, Poppy. We were able to create a beautiful and functional space that not only meets their needs, but also exceeds their expectations.
Lime House
This derelict shop was converted into a four-bedroom family house with a two-storey side extension and basement. The windows are stained grey and the bricks washed with lime-slurry, giving the home a unique and modern appearance.
Slot House
A structural glass slot and pivoting door bring a modern twist to the classic Victorian house extension and create a subtle modern backdrop to the rear deck and garden. This project was featured in the March 2021 issue of Grand Designs Magazine.
Regency Villa
This 2000 sq ft house was completely rebuilt from the inside out and 500 sq ft of basement was added to create a 5 bed, 4 bath family house with two double reception rooms. The client's main concerns were to bring as much natural light to the interiors as possible while upgrading the whole of the building to modern standards of service and finish.
