Our Team

Our team of experts comprises experienced architectural technicians, directors, and support staff. Our directors, Nigel Polkinghorne and Debbie Polkinghorne, have over 40 years of combined experience in the architectural industry, with a deep understanding of the planning system. Nigel is an architectural technician with over 40 years of experience, and Debbie has a good knowledge of the planning system, which has often helped to secure planning for less straightforward projects.

We are also proud to have on our team Darren Mayne, a Chartered Architectural Technologist with 14 years of experience in architecture, and Megan Sones, our office administrator, who manages the day-to-day running of the business and provides support to all team members. Additionally, we have Ben Jeffery, our apprentice architectural technician, who is already demonstrating an aptitude with Revit and design, and Hayley Martin, our accounts manager, who is responsible for the financial element of the business and provides business support to the team.
