Kree8 is a chartered architecture, design and build company founded by architect Matthew Lewis, with a studio based in Market Harborough and Great Malvern. Our company's core ethos is centered around realising the needs of our clients, and we achieve this by keeping it simple, talking and listening. We treat each project as unique, assembling a team of experts aligned to the needs of the project.

Our Story

Our story began when Matthew Lewis, a RIBA Chartered Architect with a background in carpentry, founded Kree8. With a deep understanding of both design and construction, Matthew brings a unique perspective to every project. His experience spans residential developments, office and retail spaces across commercial and private sectors. As Director of Kree8, Matt manages every project, combining architectural expertise with hands-on construction knowledge.

Architecture

We offer a wide range of architectural services catered to both residential and commercial clients. Our main focus is on residential projects, from new build individual properties to loft conversions and extensions. We have extensive experience working with listed buildings and public houses. We also work in the commercial sector, offering complete solutions or individual services including fire certificate plans, Dilapidation surveys, DDA & Disabled adaptations, and CDM & Construction health & safety advice.

Eco

Kree8 can advise on all environmental issues relating to projects, from design through to construction techniques and choice of building materials. We use advanced Ecotect software and interactive 3D modelling to simulate and analyse building performance right from the earliest stages of conceptual design. By doing this, we can ensure environmental factors are integrated into the entire design and build process.

Construction

Kree8 adopts an Architect-led Master Builder approach. The architect works directly with the client to act as both the designer and the builder, coordinating a team of consultants, subcontractors and material suppliers throughout the project. This approach results in cost savings, better timings, and ultimately a better end result for the client. Our reactive response to all design related issues leaves more time for attention to detail, thus enhancing the quality of the final product.
