Our Projects

At Architect Zone, we have extensive experience in residential projects, ranging from small extensions to 10,000 square foot new build houses. Our portfolio showcases our expertise and capabilities, which extend to commercial and school projects. Here are some examples of our projects:

• Extension and Remodel 1: This project involved increasing the size of the original 4,500 sq ft building to 7,000 sq ft, with a complete remodel. The front and back of the house were transformed, and a new entrance hall and staircase were added.
• Extension and Remodel 2: We extended and remodelled a 2,600 sq ft house in Chislehurst, transforming it into a modern 4,500 sq ft family home. The front and rear elevations were renovated, creating a spacious and contemporary living space.
• Listed Buildings 1: We undertake projects involving listed buildings with great care and expertise. This project involved extending and modernising a grade II listed building, adhering to all conservation guidelines while adding a modern extension.
• Listed Buildings 2: We transformed a listed building in Chislehurst, which had a first-floor rear extension on stilts, containing the bathroom and compact kitchen. The extension and alterations created a larger kitchen and new dining room on the ground floor and a new bedroom and ensuite to the first floor.
